How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Original sales receipt/invoice must accompany all returns.

We accept most hardware returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product, with the exception of WORKS branded turbo kits and custom coilover kits i.e. Stage 4 or 5. There are no returns on our turbo kits after you place your order. Each kit is custom made to order.
At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only on some items.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of a new, unaltered and unused item and the policy is as follows:
-Without showing any signs of wear, damage, handling, or installation in any way *Electrical items must be sealed and unopened
-Must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
-Must not be a Special Order or a Custom Order item
-Unless noted that the specific item cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than the 7 days, as noted in that item's particular item description

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped directly from us may qualify for exchange or store credit.
IF YOU HAVE A SHIPPING RELATED ISSUE, credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation.

Refunds are completely contingent upon careful inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged, opened, or used. This fee covers our time spent processing and shipping your order and then processing the return.
Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded!

Customer is responsible for 100% of all outbound and inbound shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
