Cosworth's Streetmaster Brake Pads are designed to provide a pad strong enough for heavy duty usage. They have been extensively tested to withstand extreme driving conditions.
During the design process, Cosworth wanted to create a pad that was capable of heavy duty abuse without some of the overly aggressive nature that comes with more extreme pad materials.

Features
  • These pads are made from a carbon based road legal material that remains stable up to 700 degrees celcius and designed to grip the rotor with a durability factor of 6.5 with minimal rotor disc abrasion. The brake pads feature chamfered edges that help reduce brake squeal or ringing and provide a superior bite capability with a 0.42 friction coefficient and paired with silent brake technology and a heat searing process, we reduce the bedding process and provide ultimate performance the first pedal application.
