A common problem exists with many high performance engines - a significant amount of heat is flushed through the engine through the oil system. In order to counter this known issue, Cosworth designed their oil pumps to increase overall volume, maintain pressure and provide enhanced control to aid in the dissipation of heat.
Features
  • This starts life as an OEM oil pump that has been taken appart,
  • de-burred to decrease flow resistance and then put together with
  • upgraded shims to increase oil pressure over stock.
